What is an acceptable Return

Clearmask offers returns and exchanges on all faulty or damaged products. All items must be returned unworn to qualify.

Any worn products can not be returned due to health regulations.

What's the timeframe

Items are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of payment.

Freight will not be refunded.

Who pays?

The customer must organise and pay for return shipments to Clearmask Return Centre.
